miss_marina95It's ITPE time again!! The one challenge I consistently participate in, and I love it so much. My twitter and AO3 are both miss_marina95.
I truly adore ITPE and love podfic, so I will love any gift from the bottom of my heart <3 My fandoms this year are kinda me dipping back into old favorite fandoms and I haven't really gravitated to a new one this year, so lots of my stuff is repetitive but I am wildly easy to please and will love whatever you make!
Fandoms/Pairings:
Marvel/MCU:
Listen, I am so mad that I am still so into the MCU but I am still SO into the MCU. The Avengers won my heart, and is my main subfandom within this vast fandom, specifically Steve/Tony things. I'm not particularly concerned with canon compliance, and am cool with fics that kind of blend mcu and comics canon/other canons! I've been mostly ignoring Civil War/Post Infinity War stuff but don't mind it as long as it ends happy and doesn't character bash anyone, and I actually really loved Endgame. Steve is my guy and my main ship is Steve/Tony, and I'm also very fond of OT3 Steve/Bucky/Tony. I randomly started reading some like Clint Barton/Bucky Barnes stuff that was also really good, and I'm pretty fond of Sam Wilson/Bucky Barnes. Other than the main avengers movies, I really enjoyed Black Panther, Thor: Ragnarok, Spider-Man (Homecoming and Far From Home), and Captain Marvel and would love podfics from any of those films, particularly if they focus on characters like Peter, Shuri, Valkyrie, or Carol! I don't have any hard OTPs in those films, and would likely enjoy most ships or gen fic that focus on family feels, awesome ladies, and just overall fun times. Again, canon compliance isn't a big concern for me and I love all AUs ever. Note: I've watched all the new Marvel shows except Loki, and all the movies except Black Widow and Shang-Chi, although I'm hoping to catch up soon!!
I'm going to list this under Marvel even though it's technically separate but I also want to note that I LOVED Into the Spiderverse and would adore anything from that as well. Miles and Peter moments, more about Spider-Gwen, family feels (for either Miles' spiderfam or his biological fam), all of that would be amazing.
Bandom:
Listen, I really don't know why I keep going back to my old loves but I went through a bandom relisten/reread and I would love any bandom works! My main jam was Panic at the Disco, and I was really into Ryan Ross. I mainly read Ryan/Brendon, but also deeply loved Ryan/Brendon/Spencer, or Ryan/Spencer/Jon/Brendon. I'd enjoy Brendon/Spencer too , and really any mix of ships from Panic 2.0 (Not super interested in the newest panic band mix, I'm sorry!). I'd also enjoy some FOB (Pete/Patrick) or My Chemical Romance (Frank/Gerard) as well, although Panic was my main band!
Captive Prince:
I recently took a deep dive back into Captive Prince and it's really just so great. Damen/Laurent is my OTP, and I have a particular fondness for stories where Auguste lives, because I love sibling relationships SO MUCH but truly I love most anything with Damen/Laurent. I'm very fond of both canon stuff and AUs.
Raven Cycle:
I love this series so much but I'm behind and haven't read the newest Ronan one! My main ships are the canon ships Ronan/Adam and Gansey/Blue, but honestly I love everyone in this series. Just about anything with them being adorable will make me incredibly happy. Gen is fine, poly ships are fine, most things are fair game here! Again, found family feels are everything to me and I have a special place in my heart for Declan as a fellow oldest sibling, and would love anything that looks at the Lynch brothers' relationships with each other.
OMG Check Please:
This is another fandom I enjoy but am not entirely caught up on! I need to finish the senior year arc, but in general I am fond of most everyone in this. My main ship is Bitty/Jack, but this series in general just is cute and makes me happy, so other ships (Lardo/Shitty, Ransom/Holster, etc) are also welcome. Fun team feels would make my day, as I just love it.
General Kinks/Tropes/Squicks:
I like: basically everything. I don't have too many things I won't read. I very much ADORE fluffy things and I love literally every trope ever, I am not kidding. I love soul-bonding, kidfic, best friends who fall in love, genderswap (!!!), domestic-y/family feels fic, powers!fic, magic aus, and AUs of all kinds are a big win with me. Literally, I'm here for ALL the AUs. Also, possessive and jealousy fic is pretty rad, but polyamory gives me LIFE, so no love triangles please! Femmeslash is also fantastic, both with canon female characters and with genderswap. Kink stuff is cool with me, especially D/S and power dynamic things, so that would be great if you want to throw that in there!
I don't like: No non-con or torture, although H/C is rad! I just don't like super explicit torture or rape. Death fic is a no, as is infidelity and dark AUs (again, I've read some good ones, but this is just trickier, so lets go with nah). I don't mind spoilers, so if there is something cool but I'm behind in that fandom, I def don't mind so long as I am not missing a bunch of context or something!
Ok I think this is possibly TOO MUCH that I've said but I hope it's helpful! Honestly, I truly am fairly easy to please and will be delighted with whatever I receive, thank you so much ITPE pal. If you still would like more guidance my AO3 bookmarks here are a pretty solid indicator of things I love, although I bookmark a LOT and don't add extra tags (when will I clean up and use my pinboard, WHEN JESS). Twitter is also, as always, a great place to find out more about what I like.
